CYM

CYM is a Ukrainian Youth organisation that nurtures the personal and social development of young people under its motto, ‘Ukraine and God’. A global organisation that aims to instil children with a love of Ukrainian language, history and culture, CYM’s South Australian branch has been active in Adelaide since 1950.

The annual celebration of CYM’s patron, Archangel Michael is held at their Hindmarsh Island campground, Orlyk. This site is also utilised by other community groups seeking to enjoy the benefits of outdoor education through www.wildernessescape.com.au.

CYM Adelaide gathers on the first Sunday of the month at Saints Volodymyr and Olha Ukrainian Catholic Church in Woodville, enjoying lunch and CYM activities for children.
