Discover the treasure of Ukrainian exhibits lovingly curated by generations of women at the Ukrainian Museum, Hindmarsh. Inspired by a shared commitment to preserve their Ukrainian heritage for their children, this fine collection ensures a unique and authentic experience of Ukrainian culture for all. Expert knowledge accompanies the rich display of exquisite embroidery, wood carvings, folk art, costumes, pysanky (Easter eggs), rare books, photographs, community archives and a traditional pich (wood oven) with hand-painted ceramic tiles.

A non-profit cultural and social organisation, the Ukrainian Women’s Association has a proud history of supporting Ukraine with dedicated fundraising initiatives, Ukrainian language scholarships and focused outreach to Ukrainian women and children devastated by war.

Masters of Ukrainian cuisine and customs, the annual Easter Bazaar and special charity dinners are fun, colourful events that nourish the belly and the soul.
